Get started on your own!

To use the new Joomla! Healthcheck on a playground website, please follow these steps.

1. downloaded V6.2.0-alpha1-dev (from our repository)
2. install Joomla with this package
3. (as always after an installation) remove the installation directory
4. login to the Administrator backend
5. turn the "Update channel" minimum stability to "ALPHA"
6. turn OFF the automatic update (as the HealthCheck is not yet merged to the Joomla 6.2 branch)
7. Go to "system" -> "install" and hit the "discover" button
8. select the "HealthCheck module" and the "HealthCheck - UserMaintanance plugin" (also activate)
9. Go to the "HealthCheck Dashboard"
   1. add a new "HealthCheck" module, give it a title and (important!) name the (plugin) group this module should present. This group name must be identical to the group you named in the plugin configuration.
10. install and activate more HealthCheck plugins
    you can get them either from the Healthcheck project repository, or from third party developers - or you could create your own plugins!
